Payment is due in full upon completion. All financing must be completed prior to our technicians leaving your residence or place of business. EE's HVAC completes all product registration and warranty activation required unless you are notified in writing.

Yes! EE's HVAC provides light commercial work.

Absolutely. Change your filters regularly, based on the manufacturer’s recommendations. Walk around the building every three months inside and outside to check for easy-to-see problems such as crowded or obstructed airflows, damaged pipes or hoses, and other obvious performance hazards.

Yes, we can provide boiler repair, servicing, and replacement. We offer a full line of both high efficiency and standard efficiency hot water boilers for oil and gas installation.

We offer free estimates when you proceed with the work that needs to be performed. If we come to your residence or business and there is no work to be performed, we charge a service fee to cover the costs of travel.

We usually are unavailable to provide quotes over the phone or email besides preventative maintenance. Our technicians will likely have to visit your home or business to determine what may need to be serviced, repaired, or replace.
