I was so relieved to have called Rob when my AC went out on this 85 degree Sunday. He called me within 10 minutes of me calling for service to let me know he was about 30 minutes away. Rob was incredibly nice and asked some questions about the issue via phone. After looking at the unit, he found the issue within minutes and explained his findings and what he was going to do to fix it.
